A Grounded, Compassionate Space for Healing, Growth, and Becoming
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating change, carrying the weight of past experiences, or holding multiple roles at once. At Heartspace, you are met with compassion, respect, and care—exactly as you are.
I work with kids, teens, adults, parents, women at different stages of life, military-connected individuals and families, and fellow clinicians who are seeking clarity, balance, and sustainable growth. Whether you’re healing from trauma, managing anxiety, parenting through challenging seasons, or growing into your professional identity, Heartspace offers a grounded space to pause, reflect, and move forward.
Healing doesn’t happen by force. It unfolds when the conditions are right.
When you’re ready—or if you’re simply curious about what support could look like for you— I invite you to reach out to learn more, ask questions, and take the next step at your own pace.

The name Heartspace reflects a belief that healing and growth happen best in spaces where people feel emotionally safe, genuinely understood, and deeply respected.
Throughout my work—as a therapist, educator, supervisor, military service member, military spouse, and nonprofit leader—I’ve seen that people don’t need to be fixed. They need space. Space to tell their story. Space to regulate, reflect, and make meaning. Space to grow at their own pace.
Heartspace was created to be that kind of space: One rooted in compassion, integrity, and thoughtful care.
Whether you come to Heartspace as a client, a parent, or a clinician, the goal is the same—to cultivate the conditions where healing, insight, and sustainable growth can naturally unfold.
My mission is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where individuals, families, and fellow clinicians feel safe to heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strength. I am committed to supporting meaningful change through evidence-based, trauma-informed care that honors each person’s lived experience, identity, and pace. Whether through therapy, parent coaching, supervision, or consultation, my work centers on cultivating the conditions that allow people to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Safety & Trust
Healing and growth begin in relationships that feel safe, respectful, and authentic. I prioritize emotional safety, transparency, and trust in every therapeutic and professional relationship.
Person-Centered & Strength-Based Care
I believe people are not broken—they are adaptive, resilient, and capable of growth. My work focuses on honoring strengths, lived experience, and personal meaning rather than fixing or pathologizing.
Trauma-Informed Practice
I approach all work with an understanding of how trauma, stress, and life transitions impact the nervous system, relationships, and identity. Care is paced, intentional, and grounded in regulation and choice.
Collaboration & Empowerment
Change happens through partnership. Whether I’m working with clients, parents, or clinicians, I value shared decision-making, mutual respect, and empowerment over authority or hierarchy.
Developmental Growth
Growth is not linear. I honor the developmental process—meeting people where they are, adjusting support as needs evolve, and recognizing that progress unfolds over time.
Cultural Humility & Responsiveness
I am committed to ongoing self-reflection, learning, and cultural responsiveness. I strive to create inclusive spaces that respect identity, context, and the diverse experiences people bring into the room.
Integrity & Ethical Practice
Ethical, reflective practice is foundational to my work. I value accountability, professional responsibility, and thoughtful decision-making in therapy, supervision, and consultation.
Sustainability & Well-Being
Well-being is not optional—it is essential. I believe in supporting sustainable practices for clients and clinicians alike, recognizing that long-term growth requires balance, boundaries, and care for the whole person.
